This policy governs diamond jewellery purchased online at swadiamonds.com and delivered to you. Purchases made at a SWA Diamonds exclusive outlet remain governed by the in-store Terms & Conditions supplied with that purchase.

• Purchase value means the net amount you actually paid for the item, after all discounts, offers and promotional adjustments have been applied.
• Every refund, buyback and exchange figure in this policy is calculated on that net purchase value.
• The actual weight of the ornament at the time of buyback or exchange will be considered during verification.
• Where a single invoice covers multiple items, a return, buyback or exchange may be requested for individual items.

Within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, you may return your online purchase for a full 100% refund of the amount paid — no deduction.

• The item must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition, returned with the original certificate, invoice, tags and packaging — complete original packaging is required for a 7-day money-back return.
• We arrange a free, insured courier pickup from your address.
• Your refund is transferred to the bank account details you provide when you raise the request, once the returned item passes verification.
• After the 7-day window closes, the 100% option no longer applies and buyback or exchange terms take over.

Once the 7-day window has passed, you may request a buyback of your SWA Diamonds purchase. The buyback value is 90% of the purchase value, after a 10% deduction.

• Buyback can be done online (we arrange a free courier pickup) or in person at any SWA Diamonds exclusive store.
• The item may be used — it need not be in like-new condition, and the original packaging is not required for a buyback.
• The original diamond certificate is required. If the certificate is missing, the re-certification charge is deducted from the buyback value.
• Any missing part or stone may reduce the buyback value, as assessed at verification.
• The 90% value is transferred to the bank account you provide, in your name within 5 business days of successful purity and diamond verification.

You may exchange your purchase for 95% of its value (a 5% deduction), applied as credit toward a new purchase.

• 7-day money-back: the item must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition with its packaging, and must not have been altered, resized or repaired by any third party.
• Buyback: normal use is fine — the item need not be like-new. It must still be a genuine, unaltered SWA Diamonds piece with its diamonds and certificate.
• Any request is declined where verification finds tampering, chipped or cracked stones, a mismatch in weight or diamonds, or that the item is not a genuine SWA Diamonds product.
• Personalised, engraved, customised or special-order items are not eligible for the 7-day money-back or for exchange; buyback terms may apply at the company's discretion.

SWA Diamonds ornaments carry a free lifetime repair warranty, serviced through our exclusive outlets. Online customers can arrange servicing via customer care to the nearest exclusive store.

• Where a single invoice covers several items, a return, buyback or exchange may be requested per item.
• All buyback, exchange and refund values are computed on the amount paid after all discounts and offers.
• The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Calicut (Kerala).
