Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.swadiamonds.com, operated by Capestone Ornaments Manufacturers Limited (CIN: U23933KL2026PLC102442).

1. Delivery time

Standard delivery is within 7 business days of order confirmation, to verified PIN codes. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Customised, engraved or made-to-order items may take longer; the expected time will be shared when you order.

2. Serviceable PIN codes

We deliver only to PIN codes verified as serviceable by our logistics partners. Please check your PIN code at checkout. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address, or cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India, including transit insurance.

4. Secure, insured shipping partners

Every order is shipped fully insured through secure valuables channels:

• India Post

We choose the partner based on your PIN code and the order value.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details by email or SMS. You can also contact customer care for an update.

6. Handover and identity check

For security, parcels are handed over only to the person named on the order. The courier may ask for a valid government photo ID or an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. We cannot deliver to a different person, a P.O. box, or a hotel or office reception unless agreed in advance.

7. Checking your parcel

Please check the parcel before accepting it. Do not accept a parcel that is open, tampered with or damaged, and report it to customer care within 24 hours of delivery. Ownership and risk in the product pass to you on delivery.

8. Delays and failed delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, government restrictions or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
